ShipConsole OnPrem - Weighing scale assigned to User in oracle but weight is not populating in ShipConsole from weighing scale

Solution

Go to EBS Navigator and navigate to ShipConsole Admin Responsibility.

In ShipConsole admin screen click on Profile Options --> In profile options page select operating unit, select organization and click on go button.

After retrieving profile options details, check the Weighing Scale check box and then click on save button to save the changes.
