Below are the Steps required to Enable reading weight through QZ tray software in ShipConsole
Step:1 Under ShipConsole Admin Responsibility, under Profile options, We need to enable 'Read Weight Through PC' profile Options. 
Step:2 Admin needs to setup the Weighting Scale which Customer is using. Either at Inventory Org creation page or at User Level.
1) Under Inventory organization Setup --> Select a perticular Inventory Org and select the appropriate weighing scale.
3) Under User Creation Page: select the appropriate Weighing Scale name and save the page when a user is created or Edit the specific user and update the Weighing Scale Name
