Carrier Pay Method Disabled on Shipment Page After Retrieving Delivery

Issue

The Carrier Pay Method field is disabled on the shipment page after retrieving delivery details.



Solution

  1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

  2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

  3. In the Profile Options page:

    • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

    • Click Go

  4. After the profile options load:

    • Check the checkbox labeled "Change Carrier Pay Method"

    • Click Save to apply the changes
