Common issues faced by clients:

Issue1:

Correct packing slip is not being triggered.

Points Need to be verified:

Need to know from where the customer is trying to trigger the packing slip report.

If the Customer is trying to trigger it using Print packslip check box in admin or using Print packslip button in shipping page then : Check if the Oracle packing slip report name to be triggered and the packing slip report name configured in the ShipConsole admin Profile options is same or not and correct the name in profile options page.

If the customer is trying to trigger it as part of document set then:check if they want it at ship or ship confim.Ask the customer which document set or document asigned to AASC profiles.Check the document set if the packing slip is added to that or not.

If everything looks good we need to verify the package code once.

Issue2:

When correct printer is not picked up in oracle while printing the packing slip report.

Points Need to be verified:

Verify if the any printer is assigned  to Oracle Profile Printer at Site, application, responibility and User level.

Verify if any printer is asssigned at Choose Document and Label Printers
