UOM Not Defaulted and Shipped Quantity Field Non-Editable

Issue
 When attempting to add a package on the shipment page, an alert message appears:
“Please enter UOM as LB or KG for package 1”
Additionally, the Shipped Quantity field is non-editable, and the UOM (e.g., LB) is not defaulting.

Solution
To resolve this issue:

1. Go to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

3. In the Profile Options page:

   • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

   • Click Go

4. Once the profile options are displayed, uncheck the Containerization Used checkbox.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.
