Problem : Error in shipping... FedEx Logon service error (errorCode: 61521).

Cause: This error typically arises when the Account Number and Meter Number in the ShipConsole configuration do not match the details provided by FedEx. This mismatch prevents successful authentication and shipping through FedEx's API.

 Solution:  Follow these steps to correct the Account Number and Meter Number in the ShipConsole configuration:

Steps to Correct the Account and Meter Numbers in Oracle EBS:

1. Navigate to ShipConsole Admin Responsibility:

   • Login to Oracle E-Business Suite.

   • In the EBS Navigator, find and click on the ShipConsole Admin Responsibility.

2. Go to Carrier Configuration:

   • Once inside ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Carrier Configuration.

3. Select Organization Details:

   • In the Carrier Configuration page, select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization for which you are configuring the FedEx details.

4. Choose Carrier:

   • Select FedEx from the available carriers.

   • Click the Go button to retrieve the carrier details.

5. Enter Correct Account and Meter Numbers:

   • Account No.: Enter the correct FedEx Account Number provided by FedEx.

   • Meter Number: Enter the correct Meter Number associated with your FedEx account.

6. Save Changes:

   • After entering the correct details, click on the Save button to store the updated configuration.

7. Test the Configuration:

   • After saving, perform a test shipment to ensure the changes have resolved the issue.

   • Check if the error (ErrorCode: 61521) is resolved.
