Error in shipping... Invalid customer account number. (errorCode:4711)

Problem:

Carrier account number is wrong.

Solution:

Go to EBS Navigator --> click on ShipConsole Admin Responsibility --> In ShipConsole admin screen click on Carrier configuration --> In carrier configuration page, select operating unit, select organization, select carrier and click on go button --> After retrieving carrier details enter correct account number in Account No. field → then click on save button to save the changes.
