Problem:
The Meter Number is missing in the carrier configuration, which is required for FedEx shipments to be processed.
Cause:
FedEx requires a valid Meter Number to authenticate and authorize shipping transactions. If it's missing in the configuration, shipping will fail.
Solution:
Navigate to Carrier Configuration:
Open EBS Navigator.
Select ShipConsole Admin Responsibility.
Update Meter Number:
In the ShipConsole Admin screen, go to Carrier Configuration.
Select the appropriate:
Operating Unit
Organization
Carrier
Click the Go button to retrieve existing carrier details.
Enter the Meter Number:
In the retrieved configuration, enter the correct FedEx Meter Number in the Meter Number field.
Save Changes:
Click Save to update the configuration.
Retry Shipment:
Go back to the delivery and retry shipping.
