Issue
Delivery Name Not Displaying in the “Please enter a Delivery Name and click on 'Go'” Field After Retrieving Delivery Details
Solution
Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility
In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options
In the Profile Options page:
Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization
Click the Go button
After the profile options are displayed:
Check the checkbox labeled "Populate Delivery Name"
Click Save to apply the changes
