Issue

Delivery Name Not Displaying in the “Please enter a Delivery Name and click on 'Go'” Field After Retrieving Delivery Details


Solution

  1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

  2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

  3. In the Profile Options page:

    • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

    • Click the Go button

  4. After the profile options are displayed:

    • Check the checkbox labeled "Populate Delivery Name"

    • Click Save to apply the changes
