Problem:
The recipient’s phone number is missing in the Destination Address. FedEx requires a valid phone number for the shipment’s recipient contact.
Solution:
Retrieve the Delivery:
Open the delivery record where the error occurred.
Update Destination Address:
Navigate to the Destination Address section.
Enter a valid phone number in the Phone Number field.
Save and Retry Shipping:
Save the updated delivery details.
Retry the shipment.
