Problem:
This error occurs when the Phone Number in the Destination Address is either missing or not at least 10 digits long.

Solution:

1. Retrieve the delivery in the system.

2. Go to the Destination Address section.

3. Enter a valid 10-digit phone number in the Phone Number field.

4. Make sure to also provide a Contact Name.

5. Proceed with shipping.
