Error in shipping... shipment response is null

Problem:

In profile options UPS Mode given as Connectship.

 

Solution:

 

In ShipConsole admin screen click on Profile Options --> In profile options page select operating unit, select organization and click on go button --> After retrieving profile options details change UPS Mode to UPS Direct → then click on save button to save the changes.
