Error in Shipping / Error Message: "This measurement system is not valid for the selected country or territory.

Problem:

This error occurs when the Weight UOM (Unit of Measure) and Dimensions UOM are inconsistent or invalid for the destination country.
 Example:

• Weight is entered in KG
• Dimensions are entered in IN
  This combination is not valid when shipping to certain countries, such as the United States, which requires imperial units.

Cause:

• UPS requires the measurement system to match the standards of the destination country.
• The UOMs used are incompatible with the country’s expected measurement system.

Solution:

1. Retrieve the Delivery:
   • Open the shipment record that generated the error.
2. Update Package Details:
   • For shipments to the United States:
     • Set Weight UOM to LB
     • Set Dimensions UOM to IN
   • Ensure all UOMs follow the same measurement system (Imperial or Metric), based on the destination country.
3. Save and Retry Shipping:
   • After correcting the UOM values, attempt the shipment again.
