Printer assigned to User in oracle application, that printer is not defaulting to that user

Issue

Assigned Printer Is Not Defaulting to the User in Oracle Application

Solution

1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

3. In the Profile Options page:

   • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

   • Click the Go button

4. After the profile options are displayed:

   • Check the checkbox labeled "Populate Default Printer Name"

   • Click Save to apply the changes
