Problem:

In profile options Origin region code given wrong

Solution:

Go to EBS Navigator --> click on ShipConsole Admin Responsibility --> In ShipConsole

Admin screen click on Profile Options --> In profile options page select operating unit, select organization and click on go button --> After retrieving profile options details change Origin region code to ‘US Origin’ → then click on save button to save the changes.
