- Review Origin and Ship Method:
- Confirm the shipment origin location (country/region).
- Check the Ship Method/Service Level selected.
- Select a Valid Service:
- Based on the origin, choose a UPS service that is supported from that location.
- You can refer to the UPS service availability guide or admin-configured valid services for the origin.
- Save and Reship:
- Update the delivery with the valid service.
- Save the record and retry the shipping process.
