"Invalid Delivery for Current Inventory Organization"

Problem:
When attempting to process a delivery, the following error appears:
"Delivery is Invalid in the present Inventory Organization."


Solution:
This error occurs when a user tries to retrieve or process a delivery that belongs to a different or invalid inventory organization.
To resolve this, ensure the delivery being accessed is associated with the currently selected inventory organization in the system.
