Problem:
When the Carrier Pay Method is set to Prepaid, the FedEx account number in the Carrier Details section is either too short, too long, or incorrectly formatted.
Cause:
FedEx requires the shipper’s account number to be between 9 and 12 digits. If the number falls outside this range or includes invalid characters, the shipment will fail.
Solution:
Update Carrier Account in Admin:
Go to the Admin panel.
Navigate to Carrier Configurations.
Select the Federal Express carrier.
Verify and update the Account Number field with the correct FedEx account (must be 9–12 digits).
Update the Delivery:
Retrieve the delivery from the Shipping page.
Ensure the updated carrier account number is reflected.
Confirm all other shipping details.
Retry Shipping:
Save the changes and attempt to ship again
