Problem:

In Package Details, the weight and dimension units are mixed between English and Metric systems.
Example: Weight is in LBs (English), while dimensions are in CM (Metric), which is not allowed.

Cause:

FedEx requires that both weight and dimensions use the same unit system:

• English: LB (pounds) and IN (inches)

• Metric: KG (kilograms) and CM (centimeters)

Solution:

1. Retrieve the Delivery:

   • Open the delivery record with the error.

2. Review Package Details:

   • Check the Weight UOM and Dimension UOM fields.

3. Correct the Unit System:

   • If Weight = LB, then Dimensions must be in IN.

   • If Weight = KG, then Dimensions must be in CM.

4. Save and Retry Shipping:

   • Save the updated values and process the shipment again.
