EBS customers - Slowness in delivery retrevial

For EBS customers when a delivery retrevial is slow, 


  1. Request DBA to validate the Tomcat Server size. Need to check if sufficient server memory/ disk sizes are available for Tomcat to run as neccessary.
  2. DBA's need to periodically validate the Tomcat/logs/ path and remove unneccary log files keep the latest ShipConsole.log file and remove older log files.
  3. Stop the tomcat server, backup the existing catalina.out file from Tomcat/logs/ path and restart the tomcat server. On restart Tomcat will create the latest catalina.out file.
  4. Check the Label file path, and remove older labels and xml files saved in this directroy.
