How does ShipConsole determine that the DHL shipment is a document or non-document. Problem:

When they process the shipment in Shipconsole, the label that prints has a “DOX” on top of the label. This is DHLs way of identifying the shipment as being a document or a commodity when shipping.

How does ShipConsole determine that the shipment is a document? I looked pretty much everywhere I could think to look and didn’t see any determining factors (other than maybe weights/dims?) that might say it’s a document. But even then, the weight and dimensions for this shipment would suggest it’s not a document in most cases.

Solution:

For DHL shipments, if the Declared Value is Zero then it will treat as DOCUMENT or else it will treat as

Non-document.
