How to update the QZ Tray certificate?

Solution: In order to reflect the QZ Tray new changes, all the browser cache should be deleted and application should be open in a new browser session only.



Once the above steps are completed, follow the below steps to remove the old certificate from QZ Tray.

 

 Step1: Start the QZ Tray. It is available from the taskbar as shown below.



Step2: Right click on the QZ Tray and click on  'Advanced' --> ‘Site Manager’ as shown in below screen shot.


Step4: After clicking on Site Manager, it will open the below window. We need to delete the existing certificate from here by selecting ‘SHIPCONSOLE LLC(SHIPCONSOLE LLC)’ as shown below. 

Select SHIPCONSOLE LLC(SHIPCONSOLE LLC)  and click on Delete button which is available in the bottom.


With this step, the existing certificate will be deleted from the application. 

 

As we have already added the new certificate and its related files at ShipConsole Cloud end , when we open the application and using QZ Tray it will get the new certificate by clicking on Allow button as in the below picture. It will appear on Shipment page. 


Please select ‘Remember this decision’ check box so that it will not ask again to click on Allow.



Once ‘Allow’ button is clicked, you can check the validity date updated as below
