Delivery Status Mismatch – Use Oracle Delivery Sync to Fix

Problem: Deliveries Showing as "Shipped" in Batch Form Even After Ship Confirmation in Oracle 


A delivery has been shipped in ShipConsole  and shipconfirmed in Oracle without ship confirming from shipconsole , but it still appears as "Shipped" in the Batch Form of ShipConsole.


Solution:  To resolve this inconsistency:

  1. Login to ShipConsole as an Shipping user .

  2. Navigate to the ERP Sync screen.

  3. Select the appropriate Date Range that includes the delivery in question.

  4. Click the ‘SYNC’ button to initiate synchronization.

  5. Once completed, recheck the Batch Form in ShipConsole.
