Problem
When querying a shipment, entering weight and dimensions, and selecting Customer Pick as the ship method, the system returns the error:
“Error in shipping – Brooks may not be active or does not exist.”
Cause
The issue was due to an expired licensing date for the Brooks carrier integration. The license was previously set to expire on 30th September 2022, which led to shipment failures.
Solution
The license expiry date was updated to a future date (end of next year) to restore functionality.
Always ensure that the carrier's license validity is current to avoid disruptions in shipping.
