Only "Ship" and "Void" Buttons Are Visible on Shipment Page – Other Buttons Missing

Problem

On the shipment page, only the "Ship" and "Void" buttons are visible. Other essential buttons like "Print Label", "Update Shipment", and "Ship Confirm" are not showing.

Solution

1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

3. In the Profile Options page:

   • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

   • Click the Go button

4. After the profile options are displayed:

   • Check the necessary checkboxes that control the visibility of the missing buttons (e.g., Enable Label Printing, Enable Update Shipment, etc.)

   • Click Save to apply changes
