Labels Not Printing

Solution

  1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

  2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

  3. In the Profile Options page:

    • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

    • Click the Go button

  4. Once the profile options are displayed:

    • Verify that the Label Path is correctly configured

    • If needed, update the path

    • Click Save to apply the changes
