Issue

Unable to Add Packages — "Add", "Delete", and "Clear" Buttons Are Disabled

Solution

1. Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility

2. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options

3. In the Profile Options page:

   • Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization

   • Click the Go button

4. After the profile options are displayed:

   • Check the checkbox labeled "Allow Add Packages"

   • Click Save to apply the changes
