Issue
"Add Packages" Button Is Disabled After Shipping with FedEx/UPS/Other LTL Ship Methods
Solution
Navigate to EBS Navigator → ShipConsole Admin Responsibility
In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Profile Options
In the Profile Options page:
Select the appropriate Operating Unit and Organization
Click the Go button
After the profile options are displayed:
Check the checkbox labeled "Add Packages After Ship Save"
Click Save to apply the changes
