On-Premise ShipConsole: Email Addresses Not Showing in Sales Order

Issue :
After entering email addresses in the Sales Order form, the email addresses do not appear in ShipConsole.

Solution

  1. Navigate to EBS Navigator.

  2. Click on ShipConsole Admin Responsibility.

  3. In the ShipConsole Admin screen, click on Carrier Configurations.

  4. On the Carrier Configuration page:

    • Select the Operating Unit

    • Select the Organization

    • Select the Carrier Name

    • Click the Go button to retrieve carrier details.

  5. Once the carrier details are retrieved:

    • Check the Email Notification Required checkbox.

    • Enter the Sender Email Address.

    • Enter the Recipient Email 1, Recipient Email 2, etc.

    • Fill in the DFF attributes as needed (refer to the example screenshot).

  6. Click the Save button to save the changes.

This applies to the On-Premise ShipConsole setup.
