ShipConsole OnPrem - Error in Retrieval of delivery details

Solution:


1.    Login to ShipConsole responsibility and then go to the option ‘Profile Options’ change the value of the field ‘LoggerMode’ to ‘OFF’ from list of values and save changes.

2. Check the disk space available on the TomCat server Linux box. If the size is too low perform below step.

2.    Take the backup of the file catalina.out and ShipConsole.log file and then remove the *.txt files

3.    Restart the tomcat server.
