Unable to open ShipConsole application and getting Jasper exception.

Solution: 

Verify the existence of the ojdbc7.jar file in the Tomcat server directory:

$CATALINA_HOME/lib

If the file is missing, add the appropriate Oracle JDBC driver (ojdbc7.jar) to the above path and restart the Tomcat server.
